CB-1 West Coast Rally Pics...
Might as well start off with my bike!

I met Dave Le (aboard his CB-1/900) and Alex (on his stock, clean CB-1) for breakfast at Atlas Cafe in the Mission, then we rode south to meet Bobby (on a CB-1 w/ bodacious 2 Bros pipe), his friend Charles (on a 600 Hurricane), and Dan from East Bay (on a CB-1 that he got a few days earlier). It gets better: Richard met us down at Alice's in La Honda to round out the complement to 4 CB-1s... I believe that beats the 'official' Eastern tally this year? Anyway, we had a spirited ride (did the normal "Squidhunters" Sunday loop)to the coast for lunch (cool breezes) then split up and some of us cooked our way back up into the hills for a big finish flying up Hwy 9 (resurfaced recently - pure heaven). Many thanks to those in attendance, we have to do it more often (maybe earlier, so we can ditch more of the traffic)! Hope everyone had as much fun as me, and made it home without incident. Special thanks to Bobby, and a side note: please remember to blink!
